Phlagman LLC was established in 1989
  • 1993 – 1997
    Phlagman operated in Republic of Kazakhstan Karachaganak oil and gas field and worked under a direct contract with Bektel-KOS (Karachaganak Operating Structure)

  • 1998 - till present
    Phlagman continued its work in Republic of Kazakhstan Karachaganak oil and gas field under a direct contract with Karachaganak Petroleum Operating b.v.
